It was recently announced that Dubai is going to be home to the world's tallest residential clock tower, and world’s second tallest clock tower overall, behind the Makkah Clock Royal Tower.
Furthermore, the project of interest is the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, which will rise to stand 450 meters tall in the Dubai Marina area, replacing the discontinued Marina 106 project.
As the name suggests, the 106-floor skyscraper is going to be a branded property of the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Frank Muller, while it is going to be crowned by a 40-meter by 30-meter large clock, which is reportedly going to be visible from some six-kilometer distance.
The project was unveiled in a ceremony on January 9, where it was announced that the luxurious tower is going to offer one, two, and three bedroom apartments, as well as mansions and villas, totaling some 649 units.
Properties became available for 30 floors of the tower, with one-bedroom apartments starting at $435,600, and becoming sold out within two days, while the developers announced that during this time 30% of the initially released properties were purchased.
It is expected that the project will be completed in the second quarter of 2027.
