Rendered images of Waldorf Astoria Miami tower’s $50 million penthouse were revealed by the developer last month.
Waldorf Astoria Miami is a 100-story hotel and residential tower, which upon completion is going to be the tallest residential building south of New York City and will stand at a height of 1,049 feet.
Its construction started in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2027, while it is worth mentioning that the building is going to be Miami’s first supertall skyscraper, reaching the maximum allowable height.
The crown jewel penthouse is going to have a 13,119 square foot area, housing six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and various living spaces, including a private gym, theater, library, wine room, spa, and pool. It is also going to feature an integrated smart home system.
As for the rest of the tower, it is going to consist of 360 condominiums and 205 hotel rooms and suites within the nine cubes that make up its structure.
