A video has emerged of an airborne excavator used in Spain for the demolition of a collapsed motorway bridge, which appears to be on the A-6 motorway.
More specifically, the video shows a hanging excavator demolishing the remaining parts of a collapsed motorway bridge. The heavy machinery is later seen hanging in mid-air, after the demolition has taken place.
Not much information has been known about the video, but it appears that the bridge is part of the A-6 motorway. More specifically, the initial collapse occurred on June 7, 2022, and was located between the provinces of Lugo and Leon, at kilometer 430 in the direction of A Coruña.
The initial collapse occurred when refurbishment work was taking place on the bridge.
